Our firm has more than 40 years experience in managing Reinsurers of all types, domiciled domestically as well as offshore, and we currently manager over 600 Producer Owned Reinsurance companies. We have worked with a variety of corporate structures, in particular those having a “multi-class” or “exotic” structure. Each client is assigned to a professional staff member of our Chicago office, which is comprised of seasoned, crententialed actuaries and accountants.
